Shipping & Returns
If, for any reason, you need to exchange any of your purchases you must return them to us within two weeks of purchase, in an unworn/unused condition. All items must be returned in their original packing and be accompanied by either the original receipt or a copy of the order confirmation email. Please where possible enclose a covering letter explaining the reason for your return/exchange and provide us with a daytime contact telephone number. Please print clearly the full postal address for which the returned item(s) is to be sent.
Please note, the following items are all non-returnable. Underwear, Night Wear, Ear Rings/Studs, Videos and DVD's and personalized items.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange any goods returned to us that have been worn, damaged or tampered with. We advise that you return your goods by special delivery or recorded post, as Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. cannot accept any responsibility for items, which are lost in the post. All postage incurred on returning any item is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to exchange a custom printed Replica Shirt nor do we accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We do strongly advise that you speak to a member of the Seagulls Shop sales team on 01273 776969 before returning any item(s). Please address all returned goods to: The Seagulls Shop, 5-6 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3WA.
